Laura Wingers, MSE, NCSP

Laura is a Nationally Certified School Psychologist currently re-specializing in Clinical Psychology, with an emphasis on child and adolescent populations and neuropsychological assessment.

She is completing pre-doctoral training requirements for a PsyD in Clinical Psychology at Capella University. She earned a Master of Science in Education degree with specialization in School Psychology at the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater, and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Organizational Communication and Psychology at the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire.

Laura Wingers has twelve years of experience working with children and families, providing assessment and therapy for children and adolescents with a variety of mental health and behavioral issues, and consultation with school and community health service providers. She has a wide range of research interests, and is currently investigating motivation for learning in various populations, emphasizing process over product.

 Laura is a member of the American Psychological Association and the Arizona Psychological Association, and has served the board of directors of the Arizona Association of School Psychologists.
