Office Hours & Directions:

The office hours are generally 9 am to 5 pm. Earlier and later times are available, as well as Saturday based upon need.

Our office is located at 8585 E. Bell Rd., Ste 100A in Scottsdale. (The Southeast corner of Bell and Perimeter Rd. in the Desert Fairways Plaza)

From the 101 heading East, take the Hayden Road exit South (right) to Bell Rd. Turn East (left) on Bell Rd. for about half a mile and turn South (right) on Perimeter Rd. Turn left at the first drive into the complex. We are in the first building on the left. 8585 E. Bell Rd., Ste 100-A.

From the 101 heading North, take the Frank Lloyd Wright (FLW)/Bell Rd. Exit. At the light, cross FLW and take the access road North to Bell Rd. Turn West (left) at Bell Rd., for about half a mile and turn South (right) on Perimeter Rd. Turn left at the first drive into the complex. We are in the first building on the left. 8585 E. Bell Ste 100A.

From Scottsdale Rd take the Greenway-Hayden Loop heading East/North. Go over Frank Lloyd-Wright. At Bell Rd. turn East (right), for about half a mile and turn South (right) onto Perimeter Rd. Turn left at the first drive into the complex. We are in the first building on the left. 8585 E. Bell Ste 100-A.

General Information

• Appointments:
  Client meetings are by appointment only. We cannot accommodate walk-in service due to the nature of our practice. Call our office at (602)957-7600 for an appointment. If no one is available, please leave a message that contains your name, time you called, and your phone number. We will return your call within one business day.
• Cancellation Policy
  Please give us 24 hours notice of your appointment if you need to make a cancellation or change your appointment time. Any 'no-show' appointment that was not given a 24 hours notice will be charged for one hour.
• Costs and Insurance:
  Beljan Psychological Services is a fee for service practice that charges by the hour for assessment and therapy. The hours needed to complete therapy or assessments can vary based on your individual needs. We accept payment in the form of cash, checks, or credit cards (American Express, MasterCard, Visa, and Discover). Although we do not accept insurance, we will provide CPT and Diagnostic codes to assist your filing for insurance reimbursement. Our fee structure is available upon request for these various services.
• Other Info:
  The staff at Beljan Psychological Services, LLC frequently lecture, consult with public schools and various agencies, and consult with parents and attorneys in and outside of Arizona.

Confidentiality

The confidentiality of our clients’ personal information is important to us. We will only share your or your child's information with other appropriate professionals after you provide permission by signing a Release of Information Form. Beljan Psychological Services is HIPAA compliant.
